After exams, mind-bleeding classes, and competitive gaming tournaments [that I had to keep my eye on], Gamer Girl/Progamer-wannabe/Jin Young-soo's no. 1 foreign fan, is back with some "summaries" of what happened.
Okay, so last time, I showed results of HwaSin vs. Dreiven @ WCG Grand Finals in Seattle. And after that, no more, ey? I was busy with school, and there were a lot of Proleagues, Starleagues, and there was also IEST that I had to watch. So let's focus on individual leagues instead.
About 2 weeks ago there was Ro16 for the GomTV MSL season 3, between Jin Young-soo and Kim Taek-yong [the title holder]. A week before that, though, Young-soo was one point ahead of him after beating him for week 1. But when week 2 came, [probably due to 30 competitive games during IEST], Young-soo lost game 2 and tiebreaker, kicking him out of MSL.
The day after that, was the grand finals of IEST in China [you guessed it, I was watching it live through the pplive streams], between Jin Young-soo and Kim Yoon-hwan, his own teammate. But my opinion first, I'm guessing Young-soo didn't feel like playing because, he did lose a spot from an important tournament. Back to IEST. Games 1-3 wasn't bad, but it was a Bo5, why am I mentioning games 1-3? Well, at game 4, [of course we can see them through FPview], there was something going on, [of course I wouldn't care at first because I wasn't watching the live FPview], it seems that Young-soo and Yoon-hwan were chatting, in Romanized Korean and with some "plans." People call it rigging the game because what they chatted about in the logon screen, happened in the game itself.
I am disappointed for 2 days after that I just decided to forgive Young-soo. Why not Yoon-hwan? Because I saw that he was the first person to whisper to Young-soo... He is, therefore, more of a culprit that Young-soo.
Anyways, I'll be posting some game reactions on MYM from now on, I'll try here too.
Annyeonggaesaeyo! :)
